Darren Gilliland
Saturday Breakfast 07:00 - 10:00 (Saturday 22nd).
Darren Gilliland or Dazio G, or just plain Daz, spent many years as the sidekick of Gary Andrews on Radio Moyle. Known for impressions of Fred Elliot from Coronation Street, William Hague and the world's worst impression of Kenneth Williams we've stupidly decided to let him loose on his own show.
Expect loads of local banter from the lad along with his quest to find the best fry in Larne. (And trust us...he doesn't need the radio show to make this feature a regular item on his agenda). In his profile below he doesn't list a genuine embarrassing story....however, Daz's embarrassing stories could fuel an entire themed pub quiz for those that know him.
As well as covering one of our Saturday breakfast shows expect to hear him on with Gary again and also covering a few random shifts on Chaine FM. He can't cover the other one as he is away for his 35th birthday weekend in Edinburgh!
